This week is the last week of the first grading period. It is crazy to think. Last week, we had our best week of the year. I am really excited to see the way they are starting to show some caring for their work and comprehension. I hope we continue to see this improve!
After looking at the science and Ohio tests from last week, I am going to try and make sure we do more to go over vocabulary. This was one of the hardest things for most of the class when we took the test. I will make sure to make a change in my lesson plans to cover these more.
I want these kids to have a solid end to the first nine weeks. I hope I can get them there!

Things are starting to run pretty smoothly in class. I feel a lot of these days are going by so fast. I hope the students are settling in and enjoying the ride. Let me know if you have any issues.
