Spelling- Students will have no homework this week. There will be a test over the list on Friday.  Here are the spelling words:

brothers, families, dishes, trees, pennies, classes, pockets, cities, buses, brushes, rocks, babies, inches, branches, hikes, peaches, stories, foxes, boxes, gloves

 

Language- We are finishing a writing assignment.  If students are not done on Tuesday, it will need to be finished for homework.  This project is persuasive writing about what playground equipment they want and why it is beneficial.  On Wednesday, we will begin a new chapter about nouns.  There is a chance there will be homework on Thursday.

Reading- We are wrapping up Flying Solo.  There will be a quiz on Thursday over the second half of the book.  Students will be given notes on Tuesday for the quiz to study.

Math-  Students have homework on Monday, page 334 #7-25.  We will have a quiz on two digit by two digit multiplication on Thursday.

​​Science- Monday, we are doing an experiment.  It is a building project.  On Wednesday, there will be a quiz over Section 2.  We will begin section 3 on Thursday.  There may be homework on this on Thursday.

Ohio-  Students were given notes for a test on Wednesday.  The students need to know the information on the test.  There will not be open book or notes for the test.  At the end of the week, we will prepare for the next chapter or do a writing project.
