Spelling- We will hopefully get our work done in class.  There will be a test on Friday over Lesson 3.  

 

Language- We are wrapping up declarative and interrogative sentences.  We will have a quiz on Tuesday over this.  The rest of the week, we will work on imperative and exclamatory sentences.  There will be homework on Thursday, page 9 in their books.

Reading- We have begun working in our new books.  This is going to take some adjusting.  We will be reading a story about earthquakes this week.  We will play things by ear as far as work goes.  This will be our first time doing anything out of here.

Math- We will have a math quiz on Tuesday over place value.  Our next section we cover will be comparing numbers.  We will probably quiz on this on Friday.  It is never a difficult topic to grasp.

​​Science- We completed our first homework page together.  I want to take some time for them to see how to handle this work.  There will be a quiz Thursday over the water cycle section.

Ohio-  We are getting into the Ohio book.  We are covering some of the features of the state.  There will likely be homework on Tuesday.  There will be a quiz Thursday or Friday, depending on flow of the week.
